I Voted Now Wetin

I Voted, Now Wetin is a project designed to encourage and spark the culture of post election engagement with elected officials among young people in Nigeria. The short film features non partisan celebrities whose participation attracts a huge buy-in among young people in Nigeria.

The film project also has a Handbook, which is intended to guide young people inspired by the film on how to organize ideas and actions to improve post election engagement.

I Voted, Now Wetin is sequel to My Vote Fit Change Naija short film released in 2011 which Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State Tweeted about.

I Voted, Now Wetin a 50minutes youth democracy film practically shows how young people can effectively engage elected representatives and government after elections to deliver campaign promises and democracy dividends.
