WHO WILL BELL THE CAT?

Where is the value in the education system of Nigeria. i was at a valedictory session of a Junior Secondary School where the student were suppose to be advised on how to mange the next level of their lives vis-a-vis Academics, Society and Religion but the opposite was the case as the teacher even join them in clubbing while in the rain. The boys were spraying the girls money while the teacher pick! Who will bell the CAT?
